At this time, the Board does not have printed copies of the 2008 laws available. The Board has prepared an addendum to its 2006 Handbook of Laws and Rules. If you would like to receive a copy of the 2006 Handbook of Laws and Rules with the 2008 Addendum, you may contact the Board at 1-866-780-5370 (toll free, no charge to calling party) for information about how to order printed copies of these laws.

Building Design Authority - A one-page form that explains who has the authority to design buildings.

Codes of Professional Conduct - Information about the Codes of Professional Conduct (Board Rules 475 & 476), which became effective on July 4, 2003.

Written Contract Requirements - Information about the written contract requirements (Business and Professions Code sections 6749 & 8759), which became effective on January 1, 2001.

Filing an Organization Record Form - Information about when an Organization Record form or Disassociation form needs to be filed with the Board.
