Due to budgetary constraints, the Board is not able to print copies of its Handbook of Laws and Rules at this time. The Board recommends that you contact the California Land Surveyors Association at (707) 578-6016 or the American Council of Engineering Companies of California at (916) 441-7991 regarding purchasing the handbooks that they print.

Building Design Authority - A one-page form that explains who has the authority to design buildings.

Codes of Professional Conduct - Information about the Codes of Professional Conduct (Board Rules 475 & 476), which became effective on July 4, 2003.

Written Contract Requirements - Information about the written contract requirements (Business and Professions Code sections 6749 & 8759), which became effective on January 1, 2001.

Filing an Organization Record Form - Information about when an Organization Record form or Disassociation form needs to be filed with the Board.
