Important Notice for all October 2012 PE/PLS Examination Candidates

If you have filed an application with the California Board for an October 2012 PE/PLS Exam, you MUST register for your NCEES examination(s) at www.NCEES.org beginning on June 15, 2012.  Approved applicants will ONLY be admitted to examinations that they are registered for.

CA Seismic Principles Exam, the CA Engineering Surveying Exam, the CA Geotechnical Exam and the CA Traffic Exam Candidates
Please note that applicants will not be able to register for California State Specific exams on NCEES. Once your application has been received and approved, you will be notified to contact Prometric, Inc.  Prometric, Inc. is the Board’s exam vendor that will be administering the California Specific Computer Based Testing (CBT) exams.  All applicants will be required to pay a separate exam administration fee payable to Prometric, Inc. 

Please note:  

• The final filing dates for new applications for the October 2012 exams has passed, and no new applications will be accepted. 
• The final filing date for refiles, previously approved applications, is July 30, 2012.
